The most impressive quality of Sandpoint Builders was their attention to detail. Everything is square and true. All of the details were thoroughly thought out and executed. After almost 10 years in the house, we have no issues with construction or maintenance. We are very happy with their products and service!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Sandpoint Builders on the construction of our custom home. We love their work! They are quality builders that care about the finished product, and everything that it takes to get there. Several of our neighbors here have told us of water issues with their homes under the foundations and having had to go back and rip out flooring and subflooring and make repairs. We have not had any trouble. Bruce knows this area and knows the water tables and cares to do the job right from the foundation up. And, I cannot say enough nice things about Sandpoint Builders. It all boils down to what you want in a home.
